Choose “Google Review Assessment” in our contact form. Include your public Business Profile or review link and a brief explanation of the suspected violation. Do not include medical records, payment details, passwords or other private customer information.

Can you remove any negative Google review?

No. Businesses cannot directly delete customer reviews. Only Google decides whether a reported review violates its policies and should be removed.

Which reviews may qualify?

Examples include fake engagement, spam, conflicts of interest, harassment and prohibited personal information. Each case needs a policy-based assessment; removal is not guaranteed.

How long does removal take?

There is no guaranteed deadline. Google's review and appeal times vary. Our assessment is separate from Google's decision.

Do you need my Google password?

No. Do not send passwords, verification codes or sensitive customer records. The authorised profile manager can submit the report using our guidance.

Are you affiliated with Google?
